Calvin Allen, Board Member
Cal joined the Board in 2007 and was an original Advisory Board member in 2001-2002 to our North Carolina office. Cal is the Deputy Director of the Southern Rural Development Initiative and lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Gayl Bowser, Board Member
Gayl joined the Board in 2007. Gayl is the Coordinator of the Oregon Technology Access Program (OTAP) and lives outside of Roseburg, Oregon.

Carrie Clark, Board Member
Carrie joined the netCorps Board in 2006. Carrie is Executive Director of the Conservation Council of North Carolina and lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Shawn DeGraw, Board Treasurer
Shawn joined the Board in 2006. Shawn is Director of Retail Systems for Harry & David, and resides in Medford, Oregon.

Tom Evaniew, Board Member
Tom was a netCorps staff member for three years before moving to Indianapolis, Indiana, where he now works. Tom joined the netCorps Board in 2006.

Matthew Latterell, Executive Director
Matthew joined the netCorps Board of Directors in 1997 and served as President of the Board from 1998-2000. Matthew resides in Portland, Oregon.

Joe Millon, Managing Director
Joe joined the Board in 1999 and  has served as Secretary of the Board since 2001. Joe resides in Eugene, Oregon.

Mick Westrick, President of the Board
Mick joined the Board in December 2000 and is presently serving as President of the Board. Mick is the Director of Information Technology at the University of Washington Business School. He lives in Seattle, Washington.

Jeremy Zane, Board Member
Jeremy has served as the System Administrator at the University of Oregon School of Law since 1998. He lives in Eugene, Oregon.
