More information for grantees of Project Impact.

The following Project Impact questionnaires are designed to give NetCorps a broad overview of how your organization operates, its present situation and where your group plans to be in the future.

Please keep in mind that the following 4 documents should be completed by your group's executive director or someone closest to the organization. They are:

The following 3 questionnaires are technology specific and should be completed by your IT person or someone within your group with the most knowledge of your computer systems.

The following 3 questionnaires need to be completed for all individuals that use a computer in your organization as well as for every useable computer workstation.

As a reminder, please make sure to return all questionnaires to NetCorps on or before March 15 by mail, email or fax.
