WordPress, typically used for blogs, can also be used to easily manage reasonably simple websites as well. WordPress offers a simple administration/editing interface with easy tools for importing images, audio and video or linking to content on other sites (YouTube video, for example).
WordPress has a very active development community and hundreds of plug-ins and themes are available for free to add flair and functionality to your site.
