What is List Enhancement?
List Enhancement is a tool to help your organization learn more about your supporters, communicate with them more effectively and efficiently, and build a constituency actively committed to the goals of your organization and our allied community. It enables your organization to do more strategic advocacy, lobbying, and voter engagement work, as well as enhance your fundraising and volunteer recruitment efforts. It also enables our community to gain a better understanding of who we are and where we are collectively.
List Enhancement takes your membership (or other) list, matches them with the public state voter file data and some additional data, and returns your list to you, “enhanced” with new data. Participating groups receive the following information for each registered voter on their own membership list: age, gender, phone number, congressional and state legislative districts, county, voting precinct, how many other participating organizations they belong to, political party, frequency of voting, and some additional information.
