The Basebuilding Initiative
The mission of the Basebuilding Initiative is to civically engage, mobilize and grow our constituent base, individually and collectively, to achieve positive policy change for North Carolina.
The Basebuilding Initiative allows us to:
- enable us to understand our constituents and serve them better
- provide tools for collaborations with ideological allies
- build capacity of those organizations
- monitor our demographics to reflect state demographic
- focus our civic engagement where resources are most effectively
- target our joint c3 electoral civic engagement most strategically
